We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99, or free on orders over $75. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 days depending on your location.
How can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please visit our online Return Portal to print a prepaid shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
FREY accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your package's progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all FREY products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You may cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placement by visiting your Account Dashboard or contacting live chat support.
